The program is designed from specific client needs. A common format is to have 3-4 half days sessions with smaller parts of input and longer parts of interaction collaborating around specific topics. Just as important is the space in between sessions where the team gets to integrate insights from the sessions. Our experience is that this format is just as, if not more, efficient as onsite team development days.

The facilitators in the network focus on designing and facilitating team and organisational development programs and social change programs. We all believe in people’s potential to develop and their ability to take personal responsibility for their own learning journey. As individuals and as a collective. People have a desire to contribute to their own contexts. Our methodology is maximising the opportunity to actively contribute, as leaders and members.

 
 

NEURO LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

The key to change management lies in understanding how the social brain works, our needs in relation to each other, how we can help ourselves and others by maximizing rewards and minimizing threats, and how we can make things better when the threat system has been activated. When Dr. David Rock at the Neuro Leadership Institute in New York studied the social brain, he could identify five social experience areas which the brain treats similarly to survival issues. Each area of experience stands for a social need which triggers reward or threat affect’s that steer our behavior. Based upon his discoveries, he has created the SCARF model, one which can be very useful to us. We offer lectures and workshops on the SCARF model.

 
 

LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS ACROSS CULTURES

The facilitators in the network share a strong belief that all leadership needs to have its foundation in the leader as an individual. To know yourself and develop self-awareness, abilities to learn from your own and others’ experiences is the most important key. Developmental Leadership is characterised by the leader acting as a role model and raising questions of morals and ethics whilst observing perceptible core values. A developmental leader also provides inspiration and motivation in order to promote participation and creativity, and shows personal consideration by providing support, but also opposition, if this is beneficial for the individual and organisation.
